在見工面試的時候,求職者通常是被動的一方,回答HR一連串的問題。直到最後,HR才會問你有沒有問題要問他,這大概也是大家最為苦惱的部分。
究竟應該問些甚麼,才能為你爭取表現加分呢?
很多人以為來到面試尾聲,問與不問未必會有大影響,或者問一些關於人工/福利來結束面試就好了,但這種想法是大錯特錯的,問有甚麼福利就更加是大忌!
其實面試也是一個機會讓求職者和僱主加深了解,彼此是否合乎對方的期望,工作的理念和方向是否一致,求職者的知識和技能是否適合這份工作從而發揮所長。因此在結尾這個發問環節中,正好讓你更了解該職位和公司,同時展示出你的反應和積極的態度。
問問題的方向,大致可分為5類:關於所應徵的職位 ﹑所屬部門或團隊﹑公司﹑面試官﹑面試及招聘過程︰
【關於所應徵的職位】
最直接的發問,當然是與職位相關的問題,主要能讓你理解跟你合作的人是誰﹑實際工作內容和所面對的困難。大家可以參考以下問題:
- 可唔可以講多啲關於呢個職位嘅資訊而喺招聘廣告上係無提及過?
What can you tell me about the position that is not in the job description? - 想知道你哋而家做緊啲咩project,而我係有機會參與?
Can you show me examples of projects I would be working on? - 想知道要勝任呢份工作最重要嘅技能/知識係咩?
What are the most important skills to have to do well in this job? - 點解而家要請呢個位?
Why is this position open right now? - 你希望我做呢個職位可以帶來咩改變或者進步?
What improvements or changes do you hope that a new candidate will bring to this position? - 我將會同啲咩人/咩部門有緊密合作?
With whom will I be working most closely or most often in this job? - 工作上最困難嘅地方係咩?

工作也講求團隊合作,因此,問一些關於所屬部門或團隊的問題亦有助你更清楚日常工作的運作。大家可以參考以下問題:
- 整個團隊係由咩人/咩職位組成?
How are your teams structured? - 呢個部門嘅工作更需要大家互相合作完成定係獨立工作?
Is the work on this team more collaborative or independent? - 近年來呢個部門做過最成功嘅企劃係咩?
What are some of this group’s greatest success stories in the past couple of years? - 團隊喺辦公室以外時間會唔會約出嚟,大家關係如何?
Does anyone on the team ever get together outside of the office? - 我哋部門會同咩團隊比較多合作?
Which other teams work most closely with this one? - 公司目前有咩目標?我哋部門會點樣支持公司去達到呢啲目標?

公司的理念和發展前景都會影響你的工作,因此,問一些關於公司的事,也是有利的。大家可以參考以下問題:
- 可唔可以同我分享一啲關於呢間公司,而唔係為人所知嘅事/被人誤解嘅事?
What can you share about this organization that isn’t widely known? - 公司最大嘅競爭對手係邊個?我哋同佢哋有咩唔同/優劣之處係?
Who is your biggest competitor and what would you say is one key difference I should know? /What are the company’s strengths and weaknesses compared to its competition? - 你會點樣形容公司嘅文化?
How would you describe the company culture? - 公司點樣鼓勵員工不斷了解自己工作領域嘅發展?

【關於面試官】
相信面試官在公司裡都有相當的年資和經驗,想知道員工在該公司裡工作的感受和心得,直接詢問面試官就最好。大家可以參考以下問題:
