在見工面試的時候,求職者通常是被動的一方,回答HR一連串的問題。直到最後,HR才會問你有沒有問題要問他,這大概也是大家最為苦惱的部分。

究竟應該問些甚麼,才能為你爭取表現加分呢?

很多人以為來到面試尾聲,問與不問未必會有大影響,或者問一些關於人工/福利來結束面試就好了,但這種想法是大錯特錯的,問有甚麼福利就更加是大忌!

其實面試也是一個機會讓求職者和僱主加深了解,彼此是否合乎對方的期望,工作的理念和方向是否一致,求職者的知識和技能是否適合這份工作從而發揮所長。因此在結尾這個發問環節中,正好讓你更了解該職位和公司,同時展示出你的反應和積極的態度。

問問題的方向,大致可分為5類:關於所應徵的職位 ﹑所屬部門或團隊﹑公司﹑面試官﹑面試及招聘過程︰

【關於所應徵的職位】
最直接的發問,當然是與職位相關的問題,主要能讓你理解跟你合作的人是誰﹑實際工作內容和所面對的困難。大家可以參考以下問題:

  1. 可唔可以講多啲關於呢個職位嘅資訊而喺招聘廣告上係無提及過?
    What can you tell me about the position that is not in the job description?
  2. 想知道你哋而家做緊啲咩project,而我係有機會參與?
    Can you show me examples of projects I would be working on?
  3. 想知道要勝任呢份工作最重要嘅技能/知識係咩?
    What are the most important skills to have to do well in this job?
  4. 點解而家要請呢個位?
    Why is this position open right now?
  5. 你希望我做呢個職位可以帶來咩改變或者進步?
    What improvements or changes do you hope that a new candidate will bring to this position?
  6. 我將會同啲咩人/咩部門有緊密合作?
    With whom will I be working most closely or most often in this job?
  7. 工作上最困難嘅地方係咩?
    What’s the toughest part about this job?
  8. 有啲咩指標/tasks可以衡量我嘅工作表現?
    What tasks are really going to define success in this position?

【關於所屬部門或團隊】
工作也講求團隊合作,因此,問一些關於所屬部門或團隊的問題亦有助你更清楚日常工作的運作。大家可以參考以下問題:

  1. 整個團隊係由咩人/咩職位組成?
    How are your teams structured?
  2. 呢個部門嘅工作更需要大家互相合作完成定係獨立工作?
    Is the work on this team more collaborative or independent?
  3. 近年來呢個部門做過最成功嘅企劃係咩?
    What are some of this group’s greatest success stories in the past couple of years?
  4. 團隊喺辦公室以外時間會唔會約出嚟,大家關係如何?
    Does anyone on the team ever get together outside of the office?
  5. 我哋部門會同咩團隊比較多合作?
    Which other teams work most closely with this one?
  6. 公司目前有咩目標?我哋部門會點樣支持公司去達到呢啲目標?
    What are the current goals the company is focused on and how does this team support those goals?
  7. 你認為團隊有咩可以進步/改善嘅地方?
    In what area could your team use some improvement?

【關於公司】
公司的理念和發展前景都會影響你的工作,因此,問一些關於公司的事,也是有利的。大家可以參考以下問題:

  1. 可唔可以同我分享一啲關於呢間公司,而唔係為人所知嘅事/被人誤解嘅事?
    What can you share about this organization that isn’t widely known?
  2. 公司最大嘅競爭對手係邊個?我哋同佢哋有咩唔同/優劣之處係?
    Who is your biggest competitor and what would you say is one key difference I should know? /What are the company’s strengths and weaknesses compared to its competition?
  3. 你會點樣形容公司嘅文化?
    How would you describe the company culture?
  4. 公司點樣鼓勵員工不斷了解自己工作領域嘅發展?
    How do you encourage your employees to keep current with professional developments in the field?
  5. 公司未來有咩發展或者改變?
    What new changes or developments in the company have been announced recently?
  6. 公司點樣吸引客戶,同客戶保持良好合作關係?
    How does the company attract sales or develop client relationships?
  7. 公司對唔同嘅意見係咪持開放態度?
    Would you say that management is open to ideas and suggestions?

【關於面試官】
相信面試官在公司裡都有相當的年資和經驗,想知道員工在該公司裡工作的感受和心得,直接詢問面試官就最好。大家可以參考以下問題:

  1. 你鍾意呢間公司啲咩/點解你咁鍾意呢份工作?
    What’s your favorite part about working here?
  2. 你認為喺呢到工作最大嘅挑戰係咩?
    What have you found to be the biggest challenge in working here?
  3. 你喺呢間公司嘅角色/職位有冇改變過?
    Has your role changed since you’ve been here?
  4. 你點樣喺呢間公司發展到你嘅事業?
    How did you develop your career in this organization?

【關於面試及招聘過程】
最後,經過一輪面試也是為了取得工作,面試的後續也是可以問清楚。

  1. 我幾時可以知道面試結果?
    When will I hear back from you?
  2. 有幾多人同我一齊競爭呢個職位?
    How many people will be interviewing for this job?
  3. 你期望呢個職位幾時會請到人?
    When are you hoping the person you hire will start in this role?
  4. 面試之後有咩需要跟進/會唔會有second in?
    How should I follow up?
